Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

You may request the cancellation of your order within  24 hours of placing it or  before the order has been dispatched , whichever occurs first.  

To request a cancellation:

• Include your  Order ID and the reason for your cancellation request to help us process it efficiently.  

If your cancellation request is received within the eligible period and your order has not yet been dispatched, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.  

Refund for Cancelled Orders  

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment:  

• The full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.
